The Leadbetter Golf Academies, which are in service in the distinguished golf centers of Europe, USA and Asia, have an international network throughout the world.
Cornelia Golf Club, which gathers up the theories and philosophy of David Leadbetter, ushered a new era in golf, which is easily played by people of different ages and skills. High quality training of David Leadbetter led to the rise of skilled players throughout the world and enabled the development of new students. Ernie Els, Charles Howell III, Trevor Immelman, Nick Price, Greg Norman, Michelle Wie and Paula Creamer are some of them.
Uğur DiNLER - Head Professional
He began caddying at Istanbul Golf Club and started playing golf in 1992 at the age of 12. He progressed into the top amateur player in Turkey. He was the Turkish Amateur Champion in 1998-99. He was also a member of the Turkish Amateur Team from 1998 – 2000. With 20 Amateur titles to his name, the natural progression was to turn professional in 2001. He moved from Istanbul to Belek. Since being in the area he has taught at the Gloria Golf Club, the National Golf Club and also for Millenium Golf in Antalya.
He has been an integral member of the Cornelia Golf Club team that have made it the great facility that it is today. When The Leadbetter Golf Academies joined the Cornelia team, Academy Director David Louys-Moroney was very pleased that Uğur wanted to join the Leadbetter team to be a Certified Leadbetter Instructor and in 2013 he became a certified Leadbetter Instructor.
Ulas KARATAS - Teaching Professional
He began golf at Kemer Golf & Country Club in Istanbul and started playing golf in 1994 at the age of 14. In a short period of time he progressed into the top amateur player in Turkey. He was the; Turkish Amateur Champion in 2000&2001, Turkish Masters winner of years 2002&2004, Turkish Republic Cup winner in 2002. He was former Turkish National Golf Team member between 2000 – 2004 and played Mediterranean Games in 2000, in Tunisia and World Amateur Team Championship in 2002, in Malaysia.
He turned professional in 2005 and played on Euro Pro Golf Tour as well as at some Challenge Tour tournaments.He started to work in Leadbetter Golf Academy at Cornelia Golf Club in mid 2015 and he is involved in a special instruction programme to become a certified Leadbetter Golf Academy instructor. Having accomplished with success, he became a LGA certified instructor in 2019. He is level 2 member of Turkish PGA and can teach fluent in Turkish and English, and basic in Russian.
The programs cater for all levels of golfers from the complete beginner to whatever your ability is, just select a program that will complement your needs. There is a brief description of each program offered but if you have any questions please call our administrator and they can help you with any questions that you may have. Programs can also be tailor made to your specific requirements.
We do have a special rate for juniors. The classification of a junior is 18 years of age and under but any junior under the age of 14 has to be accompanied by an adult, taking part in the golf school.
INDIVIDUAL LESSONS
All lessons at the David Leadbetter Gold Academy Cornelia will be conducted using the latest teaching software. At the end of your lesson you receive a video analysis of your lesson by e-mail of your lesson.The video will include your original swings and the analysis which will be compared with a professional’s swing. The drills prescribed by your instructor will also be in your video and a final comparison of your original swing to your new swing.

All golf schools are conducted in a group format with a maximum ratio of 4 : 1.With the ratio of 4 students to 1 instructor, each student will receive a fair amount of individual attention whilst also having time to perfect their individual drills that the instructor has prescribed them to practice. With four different schools we are sure you can find a school that suits your needs.
TWO DAY SCHOOL
Covering all areas of the game. You will have the opportunity to have a extensive video analysis of the full swing and also time to work on short game.

TWO DAY INTENSIVE SCHOOL
If you really want to make a difference to your game this is the school for you. Covering all parts of the game. Full swing, short game and course management on the golf course. The school will run with 3 hours instruction in the morning, lunch and then 3 hours in the afternoon on both days.

THREE DAY SCHOOL
3hours per day either in the morning or the afternoon. Giving you a chance to either practice what you have been taught during the day or to play the Faldo golf course during the opposite time of the day that you have your school.

FOUR DAY SCHOOL
If you really want to make some great improvements to your game but also having time to enjoy all the other activities of your holiday time, then this is the school for you. 3 hours of instruction per day covering all areas of the game with 2 hours on the Faldo course to finish off your school.

PLAYING LESSONS ON THE FALDO COURSE
Anyone that has a playing lesson always says that it was money well spent. During the lesson you will learn how to improve your score by improving your pre shot routine, course management and by learning improved or different ways to play certain shots. The price is the same if you are one player or three players.
150 EUROS per 9 holes, green fee not included.
Depending on availability we would also like to offer a 9 hole playing lesson for the students of the two and three day schools. As this is not offered in the program it can be an extra add on that we can propose to them at the end of their school. This will be at a special rate of 100 euros.
